You curiosity will make everything else fall in line, just dont waste your money on something you can learn for free, if you come to Indiana, you can buy 10-15 properties from the tax sale for what you would pay in the course....Good Luck

Just a couple of days ago I saw Ameraco's ad while researching a property on Realtytrac and sent for their information packet out of curiosity.

Termination of Lease: Money held by the landlord as security may be applied to the payment of accrued rent and the damages that the landlord has suffered by reason of noncompliance with the tenant's obligations under the Act.

You will have to determine what you are going to charge your family for your expertise, the value of that is not recognized until it is performed and either accrued or paid.

My guess is it's their accrued (high) interest that tipped the balance over?
