It sounds like your other business has some time sinks involved so having a VA on staff to handle some of the thing that come up with a STR sounds pretty good to me.Once it gets rolling, problems will get less and less as the well oiled machine marches forward.

At 1.75 per load (each machine) I'm getting 230-250 per month in a 12 unit.

Sometimes you notice things while cleaning, when another tenant moves in and takes a shower or uses the washing machine, etc.

I am a Realtor® here in Citrus County, and short term rentals are extremely popular in this area, especially Crystal River, Homosassa, and Chaz.

We used Axiom when we were renting and I haven't seen a more well oiled machine.

Specific to the semiconductor industry, I know there will be areas of custom machining, large storage for critical spare parts, things of this nature.
