Glad you're not entertaining that. 

The owner of the neighboring property (similar zoning as mine) asked if we could entertain a "partnership" where I coordinate all of the above work (listed in question #1) to include use of his acreage.

We are mostly in Class C properties and I don't feel like our tenants are overly needy, but there is no way I could entertain 100 units, much less 25.  

My partner is an agent but I'd entertain paying someone else to do it if they're better and motivated... and give us a good price.  

I've been lucky over the past 6 years and have only had to have 2 tenants, both were great and took good care of my property during their stay and the unit has only been vacant for ~5 weeks in 6+ years.Now I find myself rethinking the idea of selling this unit and am actually entertaining the idea of purchasing another rental property to create passive income for myself in the coming years. 

I have never owned an investment property, but I have always entertained the idea.

If entertaining is important to you, then plenty of seating is a good idea or a big kitchen island or an outside entertaining area.

This includes our primary home mortgage, food, gas, car expense, home bills, cell phones, restaurant budget, entertainment....

@Taylor Jennings, even if I can't be part of your team, can I just ride around with you for entertainment value?
