What do I do to make this "investment" worthwhile?

I'm waiting on callbacks from a couple other credit unions, will post any worthwhile info.

Covering the rent by managing it as an airbnb rental and sleeping at the boyfriend's is totally worthwhile in her world.  

They multiple the difference by this factor to come up with an adjustment.If you have access to an appraiser or to it would be worthwhile to have a discussion about what factors they consider and how they compute adjustments in your area.

It's still worthwhile, though, because you can sell a lot more house than you could othe wise.

I'm not sure if this is in line with what you're thinking, but it'd probably be worthwhile for us to chat about it

If you read RDPD, (I have, several times), it really doesn't give you any worthwhile action steps specifically towards becoming a real estate investor - but it describes changing your mindset, which is huge.

I’d like to make the monthly meetups something worth while and consistent for people to try for on a monthly basis. 

Without the drive-thru, it wasn't worthwhile for the coffee chain.

In addition, you may find some worthwhile contacts (architects, planners, attorneys, etc.).Best of luck!
