what is your biggest idea/picture for backyard with sloping structure with budget consideration in mind ?

I agree with @Joel Bongco, that flood light with camera outside and on interior is a good idea. 

I know a lot of people don't agree with paying mortgages off early, and I'm not fully convinced it's a good idea either, but I'm at the point where I'm not sure if I want to continue to expand my portfolio and so I wanted to at least pay off a couple properties, but that will have to be pushed back until next year.Hopefully in 20 years I'll still be doing it!

You can also check on the rental estimate at Zillow and you have a fair idea if the property is cash flowing.
