The Seller Finance Coalition is working to alter Dodd Franks to allow smaller investors to up to 24 of their own homes each year and not be subject to the banking regulations of Dodd Frank.

High rents don't always translate to high landlord profits.

It will, however, immediately translate to higher taxes and higher home prices and rents - all good things for the leveraged real estate investor (the taxes are really a non-factor because the tax advantages - but not a positive).4) If the commute goes away, that gives people more free cash flow to spend on rent.

However, I do not know how the taxable value translates to the gross assessed value (which is one of the numbers used to calculate your actual taxes). 

However, we can get people the PDFs, but it is static and not change able for you unless you know how to alter PDFs, so if you wanted to add your own and such, it wouldnt do much good.  

This may be because we have a management company now, so more property doesn't automatically translate into more work for him, lol.

I know that doesn't sound like many layoffs but translate that into ratios each layoff is the head of a family. 

I still find it very amusing that the fear for the impact the hemp industry would have on the timber/cotton/pretty much any fiber based product industry has deemed the cultivation of hemp illegal, but the taxation and capitalism behind cultivating a mind altering substance such as marijuana is ok because it doesn't compromise other big money industries.
