@Chris Randall I would not waste your time... who cares about the car.. cars are dime a dozen.if you want to be a turn key provider get on with it... plenty of folks here like to buy turn key. your product will stand out.. if your not in Madison WI then were are you.. hopefully your not in the hood of some cheap mid west town selling ghetto dogs to unsuspecting buyers in LA

NO new under cabinet lighting,, to much wiring and it's really not a rental feature you'll get a dime out of.If your going to leave the counter and sink then I'd also leave the floors as is unless you can tile right over what's there.
