@Steve McGovern  nice post  if I was to box myself in using your back groundI guess I would say I am a wildcatter.. drill for oil and prey.and or I was the pimp out there trying to get ahead of you and ty up the cell tower sites before you got them  LOL.. that's what I did in Timber I got ahead of the mills then sold them the wood for a tidy profits.

Our 32-year-old daughter-in-law, the mother of four young children, has developed breast cancer. 

In retail, the small box (Think Cell phones, vitamin store etc) and c-store (convenience store) sectors are growing pretty steadily as well.

I would be really curious to see how you're visualizing the design so it doesn't seem like you're living in a jail cell.

We are on 70/30 splits with ZERO fees, tiered splits for top performers, tons of software, digital phone system that rings all agent's cell phones at the same time giving everyone equal opportunity to capture leads, online "cookie jar" lead distribution systems, quarterly brokerage sponsored parties for clients and vendors, employee appreciation parties, 3 huge reflective yard signs, open house signs, and lockboxes paid by brokerage, opportunities to mold our systems to whatever we want as soon as we come up with a good idea, but the best part......the feeling of family and support we have for each other despite the competitive nature of the industry.

Some years ago a man passed away from lung cancer due to radon and his family has been very active in promoting radon inspections. 

And again, out of our control, that was the rules as imposed, it was systemic industry cancer.
