The trailers and RV's don't have adequate insulation, and just aren't designed for Colorado winters at least not long term use.

Yea PCB is generally a good market.It's definitely wise to not over leverage and to have adequate reserves in the bank.

I tend to believe in the climate scientists, who say that as the world's temp. gains 1 degree celcius, which say isn't too far off, in years; then they say that most of California will turn into a desert, without adequate water.

But if people start returning to normal activities before this virus is adequately tamped down, better understood, has better treatment options and ideally a vaccine, the consequences will be beyond dire.
