@Liliana Lopez I've never been in this situation, but I have been face 2 face with the local police chief a couple of times over abandoned property at a rental property.

I do have neighbor complaints and the police have been there although no criminal charges.This is a relative to make matters worse.

If the court decides there is no contract, then the person is now on private property without permission, which would mean the police could forcefully remove the person.

Am even thinking about going to the local police/sheriff station to get information about recent crimes in the area.If all of the above check out to be satisfactory, then I'm willing to pull the trigger.What do you all think?

It would be nice of you, but after threatening you with calling the police I'd say it might just be best to let this one go and let her figure it out on her own. 

THEY will go to the police and file a report for theft it it comes to that.

I would probably file a police report, just to have it documented.

If you can make roommates police each other, it is significantly easier to manage especially for accounting.2.
