Of course I can make the time, I'm currently working 60+ hours a week as an Engineer on Nights and I work another 15-20 hours a week doing Real Estate Broker work, but ideally I don't want to sell houses, I'd rather be using my license to manage my own properties and find great deals, and by managing my own properties it opens up a LOT more great deals.

I am just guessing what you meant by the hourly rate is that it is a way to reverse-engineer the basis for what it might cost to do something, so a 5-hour vegetation removal job for 2 guys would be 5 x $20 X 2 = $200.

@Cheryl Murdock the best way to find contractors is to talk to architects, designers, engineers, realtors and other investors.Also check MLS for flip properties and new construction specs for sale.Make sure to get 3 or more current project in process refinances, 3 or more current past clients, visit some job sites in progress to see how they look.
