The travel surge post covid is over, so most successful properties are professionally managed/co hosted to ensure maximum success. 4.9 rating and above listings will survive the so called "airbnb" collapse. 2.6 billon per year still travel, the need is there, the supply is going down with all the hobbyists/opportunists now jumping ship because they don't run it like a hospitality business will run it.

In fact, my earliest investment property is worth about 8 times the value when I bought it in the year 2000 for $140k (now worth over $1.1 Million).BTW, from my 14 years of being Financially Independent, what you really get is the OPTION to NOT work, OR to Work.Many of us who are F I, choose to work or build businesses as the stress level is WAY lower than when you are FORCED to work.I really hope everyone is motivated to achieve F I because the health benefits of getting rid of the stress of being forced to work to survive is a difficult thing to carry.
