More money isn't the solution most people think it is.

The time you spend on cleaning and alternative solutions are not worth it IMO.

The smart phone/cloud solutions are especially interesting. 

Once upon a time, ranking a site was little more effort than buying a bunch of cheap links, monitoring their velocity, and making sure that you hit certain percentages of different types of links.

I think this is the best way to begin in real estate- you not only learn the ropes but you also get the opportunity to make mistakes, find solutions and better yet understand the phycology that goes into the job as a manager, owner and consultant.Now get typing the resume and building your list of companies!!!

You then wonder what they are afraid of that they chose to monitor others posts.

Seems the only solution is door knocking, contacting owners directly and inquiring or (pre)foreclosures to find the motivated sellers.

Agree that the weekends/holidays don't count toward the three days, but my philosophy is the sooner they get them, even with a longer deadline, the more time they have to work a solution and the more serious they take it.

my monitoring functions are in op  how do you go about getting them to work?

Can someone help me come up with a mutually beneficial solution for the sellers as well as my situation?
