I have bought and fixed up hundreds of units on the South side of Chicago some have no problems and some have problems but there is no shortage of renters. you just may have to set aside a little more reserves just in case.    

Also, across the country there is (or soon will be) a shortage for senior and accessible living.

Although there's an inventory shortage, investors are still able to find something house-hackable; a little creativity in the rental strategy is all you need.

But with that being said I know that there is a shortage of Rentals also.

The property was built in 2005 and is located in Azle, TX, where duplexes are in high demand as there is a shortage of rental property in this area.

We spoke to a plethora of dealerships who all added a $5K Dealer Market Adjustment on top of the MSRP.One dealership stated it was due to bc a shortage (they had 20+ Kia Sportages and Sorrentos on their lot).
