I also encourage you to think about amenities that are intentional and thoughtful, like a desk or work station, a small fitness area with a yoga mat, a "library" or bookshelf with reading options, or blending outdoor/indoor living spaces where possible (of course, if your unit allows it).

The CHA didn't require you to provide a brand new fridge - it just has to have proper space for the unit (like no dorm fridges), and hold the proper temperature (like any tenant would demand).
