Great outdoor space? 

Once we install the new outdoor staircase coming from the 2nd floor rear unit the plan we laid out for the fire marshals will be complete. 

And, they are condemned because they are slated for demo in the next year or two for a new outdoor high end strip mall. 

Needless to say I did not buy one as our temperature regularly gets down to -20.

I also encourage you to think about amenities that are intentional and thoughtful, like a desk or work station, a small fitness area with a yoga mat, a "library" or bookshelf with reading options, or blending outdoor/indoor living spaces where possible (of course, if your unit allows it).

The CHA didn't require you to provide a brand new fridge - it just has to have proper space for the unit (like no dorm fridges), and hold the proper temperature (like any tenant would demand).

I'm well aquatinted with what the expensive parts of the country bring.So, I'll rephrase to say...What emerging cities can you recommend with a low price point, good cash flow, as well as a good quality of life, strong outdoor community, and progressive thinking.Thanks folks.

The weather is not as pretty as Coastal CA as in the winter there is Tule fog and summers are high temperature.

It also is based on how well the RV is insulated and what temperature the residents keep the RV at.
