@Mike Hurney Well she always had something to complain and I’m pretty sure she broke the dryer and garbage disposal due to misuse, but there’s no way to prove that so I fixed it while she’s still renting.

I'm willing to bet it's a bunch of old used furniture and nothing of real value. my process is to document what was left behind and then dispose of it, clean up the unit, change the locks, and rent it again.
