Hello All,I have a property that I am trying to invest in but I am hitting a road block when it comes to financing.

I once pulled over to get a painter's number while I was looking at property in a neighborhood and saw him painting the exterior of a different house on the block. 

Street by street, block by block stuff is not as common out here. 

This genetic disorder blocks all pain from being felt.

There's old cat feces everywhere, noticeable urine stains, scratched up walls, black mold on the walls, rotten window sills, doors made out of wood and chicken wire that apparently were built to block off hallways, a tree partially through the roof in the living room, holes in the walls in some places, refrigerators that are beyond disgusting and vanities that are barely standing among other issues.The place has a lot of potential I think once it's cleaned up but I've never tackled this kind of situation before.

If I see cars on cinder-blocks, chainlink fences, a check-cashing place one block over, cars parked on the street with a garbage bag taped over a broken window, etc. then it’s not for me.

It is easy and quick for tenants and my assumption from talking to the buildings property managers it is easy on them to add, allow and block access based on individual fob keys.

I think I was accidentally blocked from the community which a lot of people have had happened in the past.

I'm sure there a lot more things as well I don't know but this is what is my current road block to calling this owner. 

As long as the wall is open install a code compliant (ours are some kind of high strength plastic) glass block window.
