We were directed by our architect tenant to the main bath on the first floor ( which is almost directly under the warped 2nd floor.)He thinks that moisture must be from the one recessed  light in the shower ceiling where the giant shower head is. ( at a distance).  

I rent out mostly to these students and being one myself I know you have to have money or be somewhat responsible to get in. my first criteria: the MajorI generally like the Pre-Med and biomedical engineer students because they are just studying all the timeI also like architect students.

I hope an Architect was employed to redesign for the occupancy use change or you're way out on the life safety, fire and other codes.

Your evolution as an investor should look like this: Bird-dog, wholesaler, flipper, landlord, transaction architect.

The last guy to rent this was an architect.

Up in Logan, the city has a bunch of plans for park strip ideas done by a landscape architect  They might have something like that in SLC.
