Knowing when you have a false positive vs. a false negative is important.

I thought I'd heard in the past that this is a Federal crime (submitting false info to get a loan).He told me that there is no way of verifying these forms, short of subpoenas to get the records from the IRS.I felt that this is probably the worst time to try something like this, as I'm sure there's been increased scrutiny.

Hello, I don't want to come off as making false accusations but I have reached out to BP to research this.  

I think it is a false narrative to say they won't buy or don't want to. 

Are you also not creating a false dilemma?

Experience teaches me the above statement is uncategorically false.  

I posted a link to a MI YouTube video here a couple of months ago where Clayton admits “a company” (allegedly OceanPointe) were working under false pretenses.MI aren't a FULL turnkey company - as in, they don't manage the properties.

Most on here would laugh at that and say it’s foolish and archaic but I never have cash get lost or stolen from somewhere ..I never have cash bounce or get false promises the money is in the mail .
