TV, NEWSPAPER, GOOGLE etc....Not all of it is good or objective.Anybody watch the coverage on the same event on FOX NEWS & CNBC wildly different point of view of the same source material.

I have been doing property manager for over 20'yeats and have seen some pretty scary and wild things happen, if the investor/landlord had not had insurance, they would have been in a world of hurt!! 

Prices can vary wildly even from one block to the next, and you don't know that if you don't see with your own eyes.

I think of 'art' as a line of work that should afford a flexible schedule - and one that you can't possibly be 'locked out' of because you have not finished the education.Often times the same job pays wildly differently based on your reputation.

But also to identify lease violations before they mushroom into something worse.  

State law differs so wildly on how probates function.

Just to clarify a bit, the title company says that they expect these issues to be cleared up in 1-3 months, but my gut tells me that this is being wildly optimistic.

Plus it seemed like the easier path then finishing school since the market was going wild in 2003/2004.I would urge you to go back to school and possibly change your major(s) somewhere else in the college of business. 

Many times they are helpful to tell you how to use the system to spit out what you need with these proprietary codes and using wild cards.  

So a wildly successful first year in the business makes you 30,000 before business expenses.
