I am a little concerned about the idea of buying at the top of the market and when interest rates are up.

I would like ideas on how we could proceed.

When I was first introduced to it in 2018 I fell in love with the idea of investing and have not looked back.

This is an awesome idea IMO.

If you have a family, it might be better to get another property but if you're willing to rent out half your house I think that's a great idea.

If your lines are running along the floor joists towards the center of the space, you should be free of mice damage.Oh, and by the way, having a wireless alarm for a water leak in the basement is always a good idea!

My idea for an alternative is to use Bill Pay and just register the CC payment by transferring from the checking account and writing a "check" from the CC account for all the bills paid in that period.  

I welcome any ideas on the best approach.
