Is it a good investment?

I’ve noticed that my confidence grows with every conversation I have with experienced real estate investors, and even more so each time I take a concrete step forward.I'm a strong advocate for personal growth and development, and it's great to see that you also view it as essential to success in investing.

However, it's definitely been tough to find solid deals that cash flow well as of late, at least on the long-term side I find it to be true, and counting on potential increased demand is a tough investing strategy. 

It is a horrible plan unless you have ZERO other ways to invest in real estate.

I've been investing since 2021 and have fumbled my way through accounting.

Do you know how the auctions work in the counties you are investing in in either Knoxville or Indy?
