I lived in Laramie for about two years from 2017 - 2019 for work and hope my work brings me back to this great state one day on a more permanent basis.

It has the capability to structure a deal where you may need to convert a bridge loan to a permanent refinance option.

Make positive certain you can qualify for the second part of your plan, you need a preapproved permanent loan Fannie/Freddie/NonQM if you use hard money or a alt-temporary loan.

They said we could possibly get another type of loan, but then decide that because we did not live permanently in the USA they would not be able to enforce the guarantees on any type loan (their words).Maybe we just had bad luck at the first bank we spoke to.
