A few observations.1.

I lurked and read periodically for a long time both before and after I entered the game and gained a lot of knowledge and insight just from being a silent observer, much of which was really helpful. 

I have no idea if this is the case, just my observation.

Least that's been my observation.

@Chris Mason I don't have stats to back up my opinion, but my local observation is that houses are sitting on the market longer and we are seeing price drops.

I even went as far as to write a book on what I've observed over the years and researched about lottery winners in 2015. 

The streets and buildings do seem to have an effect on the cities, just based on my own observations.

A few quick observations:1- I sense that a lot of nice-guy landlords with way below market rents just got a major adrenaline injection, and are goona be quickly serving 60 day termination letters to those month to month tenants...so not sure exactly how that will help to stabilize homelessness.

@Neil NarayanFew observations :1) Every RE broker outside of NYC and CA is fantasizing that the deep pockets from those states migrate to theirs.
