The concept of hybridization makes sense as it allows for integration of three areas for success: personal development, financial leveraging, and a built-in real estate team.

You're free to advterise however you want "why pay realtor commissions when you can sell to me" but if you have any integrity at all you'll back off once they have a signed exclusive right to sell listing agreement with an agent.Also if you care about your reputation at all, and you should big time, you won't even mess with this. 

That phrase could mean several things:  a credit score they don't want damaged by breach of contract or . . . . a first class leasing history they do not want tarnished or . . . the one I like most, having the degree of personal integrity that makes them want to do business in the manner in which they [and I both] agreed.

Evernote will definitely help you organize your receipts and paperwork, with cloud integration so you can photograph receipts in the field with your phone, throw the paper away if you choose, then have access to the images from any device.
