First, you should NOT just grab a lease agreement from the interweb and hope it works for you.

Generally speaking, grabbing the property pre-foreclosure is the best way, but the numbers need to work and often in Las Vegas they do not.

With land the prices are cheaper and so is the competition to grab a parcel.

@Mathew Jacob Grab a adjudicated newspaper from your local convenience store ~ Under classifieds, look for legal notices ~ I don't know how the probate heading is listed for your county (petition to administer probate ~ heirs ~probate of will) ~ the notice will/should give you the information in what county court house the probate file is located with all the individuals who have an interest in the decedents property. ~ If you market in person, use caution.

I wonder if there's a software or google map feature that accurately will grab and mark an address for you while driving.
