I have yet to hear a real estate agent express regret that the 6% commission that most agents charge comes out of the pocket of the seller, causing some sellers to have to come to escrow with money.

And this always seems to happen at the last minute.So... in my opinion... we need a LOT MORE PEOPLE to express interest here in order for Josh to start seriously working on setting this up.

But, in all my years in this business, I have yet to see a widely publicized standard for determining rental profitability that is expressed as a percentage of value rather than a dollar amount.
