It would be best if investors focused closer on the job growth in your target demographics or very target population growth (more complex data to access).For example, in Pittsburgh, PA - I would not invest in Class B or C retirement homes as that demographic is dropping drastically; I would invest in Class A - B core multifamily as that young professional and the educational base is growing.
