I've read the reports that talk about the permits pulled recently and overbuilding of multifamily, but I can't find whether those are big complexes or smaller. 4 units and less would qualify for residential financing, but is there a reason that I can't find anyone else building these?

One bug report and one request:1) LinkedIn account link feature asks for the full web address, and then puts it in the URL twice, which returns an error.2) Can we add "Asset Management" to the list of Software > Specializations?

First if the country has appointed Apostilles then you will sign in front of a notary from the country you are in and then take that doc to the apostille at the local court house and have them verify and sign off on all documents and then you send that full package to US title company handling the transaction.If it is a country with no Apostilles(not all countries have them), then you will need to sign docs at Embassy which means needing an appointment in advance which can be tricky.

For myself, I think my ultimate goal is to have an alternate cash flow to offset my dependence on a day job, which would allow me to choose a job I enjoy rather than have to find a job based on salary and ultimately allow me to travel with family more and enjoy life rather than stress about money.Thanks in advance and hope to connect and gain wisdom!
