People that live like that are also likely to ignore leaks under the sink or washing machine or toilet that cause damage to the floor and subflooring.

I have a background in AI/machine learning, so drawing insights and building models from past or large datasets has been my bread and butter.I do agree that a lot needs to be considered before this becomes a production-level product.

The cold hard reality is that for some (not all) people, they are thrust into a situation where they need to sell their home FSBO and do not know what else to do other than put a sign in the yard and run a Craigslist ad.I've spent 18 years as a Licensed Realtor® and Investor who "wholesales" them, and teaches other agents how to do it.

Greg Horn You got a good idea but unfortunately that not how this archaic machine works.

I am currently using PropStream and have looked at REIPro and Deal Machine, but I've noticed they aren't as current as I would like.

We are direct mail acquisition machines all without leaving our office (or home, or wherever we happen to be that day - haha).
