Hi Eric, As far as real estate specific tech, take a look at Invictus -  InvictusManagement.net They provide digital access control for multi-family properties, including keyless entry from mobile app, remote entry, video chatting, temporary access codes, etc.

The utility companies had to erect temporary poles and create a new system on the fly, and will be rebuilding the underground system as well. 

You could always buy a new airplane and take section 179 bonus depreciation I have done that over the years.. but I love to fly and you make no money with them its a temporary fix.. 

Why have a temporary setup with an above ground tank when there is a below ground tank UNLESS the below ground tank is leaking....That's the only possible explanation I can think of.

That should help with any laundry costs and if they need a temporary storage unit as well, I think.But I also want to set the boundaries on this and "control" this to avoid it getting out of hand.

Living with mom is probably fairly temporary.

I’m interested in purchasing in Florida, possibly destin area, Pensacola area, or even gulf shores AL area.  

If that's your entire savings, I think that you'd be wise to look for a temporary job you don't hate, save some investment money, then start from there.

And even then, take a leave of absence if possible and go back for 6 months minimum just to make sure your assessment of the juggling act was accurate and not just temporary frustration.
