I just did the same thing with a single young woman moving across the country for a nursing job at CHOP.

Her daughter is a nurse in Vernon and the daughter and her husband rented in Vernon before they bought their house.

I would look close to hospitals in whichever market you choose, then post on furnished finders and you could probably stay full on just travel nurses alone.

A lot of the short-term rentals we've seen (and financed) have been for temp housing for traveling nurses which we've seen people do very well with. 

While MTRs have historically been associated with traveling nurses, this guest avatar is now MUCH broader than that.

Are you explaining why your rezoning should go through to a nurse or a real estate developer?

@Kelly Claiborne My wife is a travel nurse which is contracted based work that pays well.

A little about me: I'm in a full time tech job, and my wife is a nurse, with a short term goal of offsetting her income so at least one of us can comfortably raise kids when we get them.
