Find a realtor that is willing to HELP you and your wife find properties that fit your criteria, your budget, and your timing.  

We pay a great wage, and have strict standards, and for the right teams and workers, it’s been a great fit.

I'd suggest going with whatever option fits better into your term investing plan. 

Or a statement that it's being abandoned and you can deal with it as seems fit.

Talk to some people, see what they are doing, and see if what you come across fits your goals and lifestyle.  

You could also do multiple ones and then see which one fits you the most

If the home were in disrepair I'd tear it down and build townhomes because the lot is zoned for and could easily fit 4-5 units that would likely go for $650k+ each.

Traditional sources of financing might be a good fit.

In your own site you have your own control, your own particular style and message, and you can use it to drive leads in ways that fit your style better than the brokerage-branded site.

Or your situation may change where it just doesn't fit for you anymore.
