I have been able to pay the mortgage for 2 years not and also completed modification as the power of atty of real estate, or in the bank terms  "Attorney in Fact."  

If the breaker ceased to trip then all that power would "back feed."  

Just speaking for my own family, it feels very powerful to know that I'm not paying interest to owe other people money. 

Tenant A  is  coming from a SF home rental loved the 1st floor apartment but keeps complaining tenant B on the second floor is walking in the morning too loudly and shutting the door loud. 

That generally means fewer people looking or wanting to move in winter, and it also can mean some bigger price concessions.On the other hand, if the house continues to sit a few more months, you may have better negotiating power with the seller for the same reasons.In my humble opinion, flippers and even many contractors are notorious for underestimating how long it takes to complete a project.

What happens with that 2nd group is dependent upon what kind of actual power & authority you have behind you.

I'll power wash the mold of the siding, put in some light bulbs, have the electric and gas and plumbing turned on (HUD winterizes houses) and get a Certificate of Occupancy inspection.
