I do have it on my list of marketing tactics to try though, so I'm hoping it works well.Concerning my first mail campaign, I have run the details of what I sent out and to whom but a few other investors, and they all have the same response.  

Also, another great tactic is to try and uncover the "why" behind their desire to sell.

I'm a tactical learner so I understand best by doing things hands on, i know i'll eventually get it.

5) Don't have to think about it or spend a bunch of time on it (I have yet to meet anyone who not only can boast the same time/gold ratio as me but be able to apply such tactics to nearly any conceivable market in WoW like I do, and I've read a lot of gold blogs)This is only possible in a high yield/consistent way with enough mass buildup of wealth and building a thick matrix in my head of the market (it happens automatically without conscious thought these days since I've been doing this for years).

These current times call for unique strategic tactics I'm sure...I'm wondering if anyone know of or have any personal experiences with an agent who is a hustler / creative thinker / go-getter...?

The distinction between tax tool vs tactic vs and strategy is too often blurred! 

Letters in the mail aren’t as effective.its just real estates version of boiler room sales tactics.. 

But that being said, I believe almost any cabin in BB can do well right now with the correct marketing and tactics.

This tactic limits the fall out if things go badly, but you will pay more in exchange. 

It did not matter that no one could point to a single instance of the state mandating open space zoning be converted to non open space zoning (I think it was a developer scare tactic based on nothing).
