Blogs have a Report Spam link at the bottom, but since this is not really spam, it doesn't really apply.I usually come across these blogs when someone makes a connection request.

Ask them to be your colleague and you can send a message with the request.It's BPs way of minimizing spam (I assume).

Depending on the size and location, you and your husband might be able to tackle this on your own. 

One needs an attorney if insurance will not tackle it.

If you can tackle this small items prior their inspections you have a better chance pass the due diligence period.Why i don't get appraisal:1.

Come up with the list of steps and tackle them one by one until you get to your goal.

You may however, run into issues with spam blockers.

I've been tackling this at around 1-1.5 hrs per day (part of my Miracle Morning routine) and of course, missed some days as I focused on other things... but for the most part I've been pretty directly focused on this course.In the beginning, things felt a bit too basic and generic.

Now that I've tackled your challenge and provided you with all the evidence that you've asked for -  wouldn't it only be fair for you to show your evidence as well?
