I wanted to ask the community: What are examples of your strategic renovations to demand higher rents, higher appraisals, or even a higher sale price? 

I believe it can serve as a strategic approach to REI, but its rarely mentioned on BP.  

The home was purchased on Oct 2021 and I have been strategically rehabbing my home to save as much as possible by hiring professionals to perform larger/skilled work like HVAC, masonry, and window replacements and doing all of the cosmetic work by myself.

-Location: most of the time, shopping centers are located in strategic locations (hard corners, along thoroughfares, at major highway junctures, etc.).

You are about to make one of the biggest purchase of your life, I think you need to strategize well and not be carried away with emotion.

Will take longer but will help you strategize your goals and create the blueprint to achieve them. 

Most of you little Yoomanz however are too scared to be patient and look at the bigger picture especially when you do not see immediate results with every cent you spent.But think strategically and you will go far!

One of those ways is by spending ample time with investors to build a strategic investment plan where we outline your investment goals & timeline. 

I guess the real question is:  At what point and to what extent is a strategic default (or multiple defaults) a viable option?
