It's a sad state of affairs.

It is sad and I’m sure true that there are agents that want to keep a sale inside and may do whatever it takes to make that happen.

This makes me sad.

It's sad.

But sadly, it turns out had about 18% vacancy and terrible tenants didn't pay rent for 6 months.

Sadly some only read them when the tide goes out and boats are already grounded.

Sadly, that is just not the case and it is really, really hard for investors to cut through the noise and figure that out.

And sadly, hindsight is always 20/20 and not every choice will be perfect but what I'm learning from others, including you, is that house hacking is a great way to get started so hopefully in the future i can use the information I'm learning now to start my portfolio.

Additionally, new policies for new purchases are even harder to find AND they are more than 50% higher than normal when you do find one.It's a sad state of affairs.
