For furniture imprints, try ice cubes - that's what my wife tells me at least.Get an invoice for cleaning so you can deduct appropriate amounts from the deposit.Cleaning mini blinds - that can be a pain.

Since the buyer took a risk in buying and the lender took a risk in lending 100%, then maybe the pain should be shared.Didn't personally partake in the latest borrowing/feeding frenzy so don't have to make these choices but know people who are only guilty of buying a home to live in and can't move on now.

As per our lawyer it is legal…I also itemized a list of repairs/remediation for my own kicks (odor removal, patch and pain holes in walls, scratches in floor from dog…) they have $8.89 left according to that.Either way...big development!!!
