It sucks, and it's not fun but in the end if you stick with it, put the work in and keep grinding you will succeed!

Noise and the military is buying up parts of the neighborhoods around the base that are with in a new safety zone of the run way.  

I was a sophomore in college with no money, a little bit of debt, and a new wife (also a sophomore in college) that I needed to support.After grinding through 3 more years of school, I finished my business/marketing degree from a great business school in 2019 and got a job at top technology company in the Bay Area.The best thing I did during the last 4 years though was get my UT and GA real estate licenses.

Temps, humidity, noise, light, the list goes on.

. :) Then you also have to contend with jet noise in Hampton Roads.

I do see 70% LTV would only be about 40k so perhaps grinding is my best option! 

Heavily invested in the stock market and fully understand what that entails (discipline, long-term focus, ability to tune out the noise, etc.).
