I made a lot of lifelong friends and contacts through mr landlord, but feel like I and many of my friends from it have outgrown it.

The decision making that affects me negatively or impacts my life long work is troubling.

I think that's pretty fair considering the renter (in this hypothetical situation) didn't fulfill their obligation. 

There is a very high percent of homeless people who are middle-aged and living on the streets to them is like being on a lifelong camping trip where they enjoy not having responsibilities.

I'll let you in on a little secret....We have fulfillment clients...yes, because our acquisition/rehab systems are so tight, we sell to some of the promoters (not providers) out there, which creates an additional layer of markup.
