Real estate law is a big game and there is not a lot out there for small players (if you're not buying $5million in RE annually or syndicating)...I personally use lawyers to structure complicated deals I can't figure out, to provide a letter of intent, draft contracts, and close deals.I found a 40-yr RE lawyer who drafts a note/mortgage for $250...worth his weight in gold....I would caution going with a lawyer that does not own investment property or work exclusively in RE.Best of luck!

It was very light weight, easy to install, I think the dimension were 9" by 11".

Also, the easiest way to avoid gaining weight is to avoid food. :)   Your formula is not how it works, and I cannot give you a better formula, because it really is complicated when it comes to depreciation recapture.

My favorite part so far...for comedic purposes, and please keep in mind this comes with some sarcasm.....I found things like: "The weights of the components are statistically optimized for each metro area in order tobest capture the underlying cyclical movements in the local areaeconomy." translation....

Anyways, the answer to what you "should" do really depends on a lot of circumstances, those with the most weight relating to what you and your wife personally/financially want.
