My advice to you is to learn the auction process, thoroughly read and understand all the terms and conditions, and don't allow the opening bid price or the behavior of other bidders determine what price you would pay for the property.

I was given behavior by my tenant that I consider incongruent and the potential negative outcome of the scenario here is not something i wish to face without having seen it coming.
