I can honestly say I was not aware of the guidelines per this site, and will now be more cautious to ensure I do not appear as a 'spammer'.Is there any way I can get this lifted?

Flipping, wholesaling and other RE investments use different sets of guidelines.I don't mind investing out of your area, but I would be cautious about low income housing.

My search more recently just to see what was available looked like this concept has lost the "hot new safe" rental investment marketing that it had a few years ago.I would be cautious of the "french lease back" just because europe isn't from what I've heard the best buy and hold area to invest in, and seems to have very low returns % wise especially with the exchange rate.

I want to be smart about this so I am going to be cautious in my investigation and actions.

Some flippers are asking too high a price and property is still on market... so be cautious and smart in your number crunching not too starry eyed!!

If they broke it, they pay.Depending on their age, they may simply be naive or if they are older (ie renting for a while)...I'd be cautious.
