I just received the real estate disclosures and it lists the owner's mother died of natural causes in bed couple months ago.  

We (my mother and I) have purchased two small warehouse condos in Fargo.  

It is a mother and her son with his girlfriend. 

I was introduced to a family , where the Father passed away.The Mother is not around and there are the children still living in the house.

I never take anyone for face value (ok I did have my mother in one of my rentals at one time, and I didn't run a background check on her)Run a background/credit check on both applicants, look at the results and choose based on that.I have set guidelines, and having a eviction is an automatic no, however a short sale or foreclosure would not be.  

I want to be financially stable in the future so I can provide for her & her mother.

As she was a single mother, we agreed to this as long as she gave us, and our contractor, the code.

I'm renting my condo furnished for 3 and a half months to two traveling nurses.  

I did get my mother in law today to help me with this deal since she is a licensed agent.  

I have been introduced to the investing world by my step mother and friend.
