Also, I agree that a less-flashy ad that doesn't come across like a hard-sell or spam, would be less likely to be flagged.

So here you go... at least 3 different ways to tackle this issue.

If you have a high volume of calls or text (in my case, both) they will flag it as spam.

So there are 2 points to tackle here.  

The Section 8 people spammed me day and night.

In other words, just letting them know - means they now know, and so they have been given notice.So, just spam them with 60 day notices LOL. 

Sorry to spam your thread lol, but as far as whether to explain the contract or let them just read it...I never trust someone to quickly give me their version of what's in a contract I'm going to sign.
