Im still failing to see the connection here.My purpose for answering the original question  posted was to share that a requirement of a private landlord is not necessarily  a phishing scam and can have some very legitimate  purposesfor a private landlord.I shared my personal experience  and reasons why I have adopted  this as my operating procedure.One of the most vital reasons I shared was my personal safety  (as obviously female landlord) and the lack of any verifiable  identity or information  volunteered by online and phone prospects.As as a broker, Nathan  is entirely  welcome  to his personal  opinion.

Hey Dom,Folks have and always will be scammed by turnkey providers.Folks have and always will fail when trying to do it all themselves.A few succeed and my fedora is off to them.Many other fail and then it's up to us to make a cake out of crap.I'm bias and think folks should buy turnkey.Then again, I personally wouldn't buy turnkey because I had no issues moving from Australia to Ohio and doing it all "myself."

She is obviously scamming you and this is a common strategy for renters that have a pet and want to move into a 'no pet' place.You have to steer clear of violating any laws, but there are some ways for a landlord to legally disallow an ESA animal:The subject property has 1-4 units and one is owner-occupied.The rental is a single-family home rented out without the services of a realtor.
