It is common for people with dangerous breeds to tell people they are mixed or a mutt.

This is not always that case, and some landlords will prioritize full occupancy over higher rents, but in my experience those deals are much fewer and further between, with the need to improve the asset to achieve increased rents being the norm.

It is hard to believe big companies don't have fewer policies and don't get discounts

They said they wont be paying me rent.Lawyer advised to not file any more notices in hopes they leave.What can I do about these dangerous steps to the basement understanding i now have absolutley no revenue? 

Getting involved with an assisted living business or the property is super dangerous.

A residence(See above) that is rented for fewer than 15 days during the year.No income or expense.

You can make it clear in the advertisement that you do not allow any dangerous breed animals at the property, a max of one animal period, no smoking of any kind, no drug use allowed.

The shift from small business to robotic industry puts much more capital into far fewer pockets.I find it unnerving.

The only danger is applying the wrong model or trying to overfit, but I don't see that happening here.
