Even as a person in tech, I prefer these old-fashioned income machines to the flashy new entrants in my own field.

I know that most of the printers are not made for large amounts of envelope printing, and special machines are extremely expensive!!

Otherwise, find a fax machine, call the other person and say "fax it now."

A technician comes out and measures and then it all gets fed into CNC machines which cut everything out of sheet stock.  

If its local I just go there in person because 1)I don't have a fax machine, 2) they actually fill it out if you are standing there.

A drain will clog or silt in and require you or someone a lot of digging or a machine anyways.

I closed escrow on a 6-unit building in March and did not know one tenant's electricity was connected to the House Meter, the same meter for the outside lights and washing machine room.

He tried vending machines.   

Might hire another person to help with the vending machine route.
