A few observations.1.

The streets and buildings do seem to have an effect on the cities, just based on my own observations.

Example: our insurance agent drove by the properties and gave a different opinion than the seller vs. the inspection company. great approachWeGoLook.com - can't remember where we heard about this option, but there's a company called WeGoLook that you can pay to drive to a property+neighborhood... they'll take pictures, video and do a simply 2 page PDF summary of their observations.

Again, same thing here... just vague personal observations unbacked by any credible verifiable fact.

In fact I would argue that some of the observations in the book are outdated. 

One of the reasons I relied heavily on hyperlink citations and repeatedly said that I wish the best is so that someone who is assessing this on such an emotional level would see that my observations were objective.

So, I'm interested in any geographical metrics or observations that people have.  

A couple of observations:1.

We have finalized Chicago,IL and Bridgeport,CT as the final two candidates.I have already got great amount of information about Elite Invest and GC realty here on BP but it seems there is not much discussion about Bridgeport turnkey provider.We are 45 minutes away form Bridgeport, CT which provides us better sense of comfort to observe our first turnkey investment from not too far and if required, we can step in to self manage.I have stumbled upon a company called investinbridgeport LLC who provides turnkey solutions.
